Mo' Bettahs is hiring for a Prep/Back of House role in a fast-paced casual food environment. You'll help prepare food, wash dishes, handle food properly, and support the team with daily operations.

Training is available for eager learners, and flexible full/part-time shifts are offered, with benefits for full-time staff. Ideal candidates are friendly, flexible, collaborative, and ready to grow with the team, meeting company standards and safety policies while delivering a great guest

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Early Availability, usually 6:00 am start time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and maintain a tidy work area and kitchen.
• Wash dishes and follow proper food handling and kitchen policies.
• Assist with duties to keep operations running smoothly.
