Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking team members for Prep/Back of House in Phoenix. You’ll help prepare food, keep the kitchen tidy, and support service in a fast-paced casual setting. Basic kitchen experience helps, but training is available for eager learners who fit the team.

Flexible full-time or part-time shifts are offered, with physical tasks and early start times typical. We value friendly, collaborative staff and provide opportunities to grow within a celebrated Hawaiian plate lunch concept.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Early Availability, usually 6:00 am start time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and maintain a tidy work area and kitchen.
• Wash dishes and handle food according to safety policies.
• Follow operating procedures and assist team as needed.
