Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years of age, able to lift up to 30lbs, and able to stand/move about the kitchen for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepping ingredients for all menu items.
• Following recipes and standards to ensure consistency in every dish.
• Organizing and maintaining the prep area to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Ensuring all food safety and cleanliness guidelines are followed to the highest standards.
• Maintaining a steady pace to ensure all prep is completed prior to service.
