Chicken-Ranch-Casino is seeking a Prep Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. You will support the Chef and Line Cooks by preparing produce, soups, sauces, and proteins, and ensuring ingredients are ready for dining outlets. Maintain cleanliness, follow recipes, label ingredients, and stock shelves.

A strong team mindset and attention to food safety are essential. Qualifications include 1+ year of cooking experience, ability to obtain a Food Handler Certificate, and 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen or fast casual setting.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine kitchen tasks and follow the prep list to plan duties.
• Label and stock ingredients; prepare produce, sauces and proteins.
• Set up workstations, measure ingredients, and prep based on recipes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen; rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Assist on the line as needed; communicate changes to management.
