Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow PAR Sheet, Food Handling Procedures and allergen management.
• Prepare multiple recipes at once and manage shelf life per recipe.
• Ensure all items meet quality standards and proper portioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe knife skills; keep work areas organized.
• Assist guests, coworkers, and managers with a positive attitude; follow policies.
