Qualifications

• Able to read recipes and food labels.
• Able to work flexible shift schedule including nights and weekends.
• Complete and pass food safety certification program.

Responsibilities

• Prepares menu items according to company recipe manual.
• Ensures rotation of all products and stocks products.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen area throughout shift.
• Helps complete assigned prep work.

Skills

Ability to safely use kitchen machinery

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to communicate effectively
