Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Supports chefs with daily production and staging.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders and prepares items with short lead times.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and portion control.
