Eurest at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Food Service Utility positions. Shifts vary 6:45 am–11:15 pm; weekends and holidays required. Prior experience in a high-volume food service environment is required.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour with perks like free shift meals and onsite parking. This role contributes to maintaining clean kitchen areas and supporting banquet and front-of-house setups.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume food service establishment required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety/sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and handles disposal.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet and front-of-house setup.
• Assists with loading/unloading and delivery of supplies.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Follows sanitation and safety procedures as outlined.
