Job summary

TouchPoint is hiring immediately for a full-time or part-time PREP COOK at St Vincent Indianapolis, 2001 West 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46260. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating weekends; hours may vary.

Previous kitchen experience required. As a team member, you will prepare items from production sheets, follow recipes, maintain HACCP standards, and serve customers efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
