Flik Hospitality Group is hiring immediately for full-time Prep Cook positions at Fidelity Investments in Durham, NC. Shifts may vary from 6:00 am–3:30 pm or 8:30 am–5:00 pm. Previous line cooking experience is preferred.

The role includes free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations. The Prep Cook will prepare food, follow recipes and production schedules, and maintain HACCP guidelines to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous line cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to production sheets and recipes.
• Tastes and ensures quality of prepared meals.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
