Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking team members for Prep/Back of House to assist in fast-paced, casual dining operations. You’ll work with the team to prepare food, maintain a clean kitchen, and ensure adherence to food safety policies. Training is provided for eager candidates.

Flexibility with shifts is available; starting times often early in the morning. This role offers opportunities to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Early Availability, usually 6:00 am start time.

Responsibilities

• Preparing food and washing dishes.
• Following proper handling of food and kitchen policies; maintaining a tidy work area and kitchen.
• Collaborate with team to prepare food and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow company standards and operational procedures.
