A strong work ethic and team mindset are essential, as you will work with a close-knit team to maintain safety standards, FIFO, and proper cooling procedures while using kitchen equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous cook experience and food service background.

• Maintain a clean and organized work station.

• Display knowledge of menu item ingredients and products storage.
• Complete entire prep list in an efficient and timely manner.
• Understand and adhere to proper cooling procedures.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment including the tilt skillet, ovens, buffalo chopper and slicer.
• Safely use knives and other cooking tools.
