4 Rivers Smokehouse in Lakeland is seeking a Line Cook to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and uphold the high standards our guests expect. You’ll be part of a team in a fast-paced setting, cooking, grilling, and assembling sandwiches while ensuring food safety.

We offer daily pay, competitive hourly pay with a tip pool, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Prior kitchen experience preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing fried foods and other menu items based on business volume.
• Grilling and cooking meats for service.
• Preparing sandwiches and other items to order.
• Monitoring food levels and communicating when additional product is needed.
• Working closely with the Front Line, To-Go team, Carvers, and other kitchen team members.
• Following recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation standards.
• Properly storing and handling food.
• Safely operating knives, fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
• Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked.
• Moving quickly and accurately during busy service periods.
• Following all food safety and sanitation standards.
