Compass Group USA is hiring a Prep Cook at our 1800 Owens Street, San Francisco, CA location. This full-time role starts early shifts (5:00 AM / 6:00 AM / 12:00 PM) and pays $24.00 per hour, with online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous front and back of house experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs, tasting meals for quality.
• Operates, cleans and maintains equipment per department procedures.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and stores, labels, and dates food items.
• Takes orders from customers and serves at multiple stations, ensuring proper temperatures.
• Resolves customer concerns and performs other duties as assigned.
