Job summary

Bon Appetit in San Bruno, CA is hiring for part-time Prep Cook positions. Location is San Bruno, CA 94066. Schedules include two options: 6:30 AM–12:30 PM or 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Previous large-scale prepping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly, at multiple stations.
