Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receives daily production schedule from the Chef and prepares items accordingly.
• Prepares items following recipes and production sheets; logs waste and quality checks.
• Operates and cleans equipment per dept. procedures after use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation, reports and logs as needed.
• Adheres to health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Takes customer orders and prepares items with short prep time; serves guests promptly.
