Guests enjoy views of the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate Bridge and are steps away from Ghirardelli Square and Hyde Street Pier.

Responsibilities

The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring guests receive clean and spotless china, silverware, and glassware. The position supports cooks, bussers, bartenders, and servers, keeps all areas clean, dry, and safe, and maintains an organized kitchen environment.

• Operate all kitchen equipment
• Wash dishes, glassware, etc., by hand when necessary
• Restock all supplies
• Keep area in kitchen clean and free of debris and water
• Stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner
• Remove all trash and debris from the restaurant routinely
• Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and a strong personality are valued.
• Works well in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment.
• Can accommodate a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/or holidays.
• Outside‑of‑the‑box thinker who takes the initiative to creatively solve problems.

Physical Requirements
