Responsibilities

• Follow Heinen’s standards for portioning, packaging, and merchandising.
• Learn and share knowledge of Kitchen Department.
• Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
• Write orders using effective pars and planning.
• Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks, including stocking and merchandising.
• Attend corporate meetings, vendor calls, and training classes.
• Comply with all personal and food safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
