Bathhouse Kitchen seeks a responsible, detail-oriented Prep Cook who can be an all-around team player and complete tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dish station and walk-in.
• Receive inventory and properly label and store.
• Ensure proper FIFO practices in walk-in and organization.
• Remove trash and recycling as necessary.
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as necessary.
• Perform light prep work during downtime.
• Maintain areas in the dining room that require cleaning.

Compensation & Benefits
