Our kitchen staff work in a fast paced, high energy environment. The responsibility of our Prep person / Dishwasher is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing proper quality‑assurance and food‑safety procedures and ensuring dishes are washed properly. We have a commercial dishwashing machine and handwashing is also required. Job opportunities as the Prep/Dishwasher is generally offered as a full time or part time restaurant job. We are looking for a dedicated person that loves to stay busy and be productive.

• Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH part time restaurant jobs is preferred but not required.

• Maintain proper quality parametersWork night shift (2pm–close, doing clean up chores). We close every night at 9pm, but usually takes 1 hour for clean up.
• Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
