This role requires 2-3 years of culinary experience in a high-volume casual-fine dine restaurant or similar setting. Experience required:

• 2-3 years of related culinary experience
• Food prep skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
• Ability to adapt to new menu items and techniques
• Knowledge of weights, measures, and cooking techniques
• Familiarity with restaurant control systems (prep charts, recipe conversions)
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities include:

• Create respectful interactions with customers and partners
• Assist customers across multiple channels (Mobile, Delivery, Dine-In, etc.)
• Support authentic Italian menu creation per standards
• Perform various store roles during shifts
• Operate kitchen equipment and prepare ingredients
• Monitor product freshness and quality control
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Follow store policies, cash handling, and food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
• Arrive punctually and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Work in hot environments as needed
