You will follow recipes and prep lists, label and stock ingredients, measure seasonings, and perform basic cooking duties while upholding health and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties.
• Label and stock all ingredients on shelves.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings for cooking.
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat.
• Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces.
• Prepare simple dishes such as salads and entrees.
• Ensure proper storage of all food items.
• Follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
