CROSSED KEYS ESTATE is seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in Andover, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will accurately and efficiently cook menu items and assist with food preparation. You are expected to assume full responsibility for quality and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

The position requires prior Line Cook/Prep Cook experience and the ability to work both independently and as a team. Must be available Wednesday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Prior Line Cook/Prep Cook experience required.
• Experience in a restaurant or event venue a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently cook all applicable menu items.
• Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area.
