Job summary

Compass Group USA's Levy division is hiring across stadiums and venues in the United States. The role involves preparing food and serving customers in accordance with applicable standards and production sheets, with opportunities to learn and grow within a great team.

You will work with chefs to follow recipes, maintain quality and safety through HACCP guidelines, and serve items at multiple stations while ensuring timely, friendly service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to production sheets and recipes.
• Obtains daily production schedule from the Chef and follows it.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items and follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and logs; complies with health and sanitation regulations.
