Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking kitchen team members to support our cafe operations. Cooks are treated as all-around culinary staff, responsible for prep recipes, labeling and preserving items, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen.

Qualifications

• Safety and sanitation standards must be followed.
• Ability to read order tickets and use Kitchen Display System.
• Strong sense of urgency and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes and menu items to spec.
• Label, date, cover, and refrigerate prep items for the line.
• Perform opening, closing & side duties—setting up, stocking, and breaking down all kitchen equipment and prep, and line stations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and line.
• Practice safety and sanitation standards.
• Read items printed on order tickets or Kitchen Display System.
• Assemble orders and verify product quality and specs.
