Qualifications

• Previous Line Cook experience required.
• Standing or moving for long periods.
• General knowledge of safety & sanitation standards.
• Recycling products where possible.
• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Making prep recipes and cooking menu products to spec.
• Receiving and ordering product; labeling, dating, and refrigerating prepped items.
• Setting up, stocking, and breaking down kitchen stations; keeping area clean and organized.
• Practicing safety and sanitation standards.
• Reading order tickets or Kitchen Display System accurately.
• Assembling orders and ensuring product quality and specs.
