Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a kitchen professional to support the Sous Chef in quality and portion control, maintaining sanitation and helping in all kitchen areas. The role requires flexibility to work across stations and a proactive attitude in guest relations, while assisting other line staff with daily duties.

Responsibilities include preparing production to established standards, proper labeling, rotation and storage to comply with health codes, and maintaining a safe, clean work

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work in all kitchen areas.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chef and Cook in quality and portion control of product.
• Prepare production in accordance with established standards set by Restaurant Chef.
• Maintain proper labeling, rotation, storage temperature and environment.
