Hiring for the following Schedule:

  • Sunday: Off
  • Monday: 12p - 8:30p
  • Tuesday: 12p - 8:30p
  • Wednesday: 12p - 8:30p
  • Thursday: 12p - 8:30p
  • Friday: Off
  • Saturday: 12p - 8:30p

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • All Paradies Lagardère positions, including Prep Cook, require embodying a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members.
  • Follow our core values, TRIFIC (Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, Commitment), and recognize and satisfy all restaurant guests while being accountable to the Company and Restaurant Managers.
  • Basic requirements include:
    • Having a passion for the guest.
    • Using polite expressions like “Yes”, “Please”, and “Thank You”.
    • Smiling often.
    • Exceeding First Class Service standards and behavior.
    • Maintaining a professional appearance by adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip-resistant shoes.
    • Food preparation following recipes and product directions accurately.
    • Following production prep lists and keeping accurate records.
    • Using kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Washing, slicing, and peeling items as per prep list.
    • Storing food safely with proper date labeling.
    • Adhering to all brand standards related to food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
    • Practicing excellent food safety and sanitation, complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Restocking kitchen supplies and food items regularly.
    • Assisting with ordering and planning food supplies.
    • Reporting equipment issues promptly.
    • Monitoring food rotation and storage.
    • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • Working efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
    • Performing other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 1 year of related cooking experience; high-volume or fast casual experience preferred.
  • ServeSafe Certification or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with good multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and math in English.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and climbing.
  • Ability to work in environments with high heat, steam, and odors.
