Job summary

Life Alive Cafe, LLC is seeking a Front of House Non- Service Team Member who will embody Life Alive's values, passionately share our menu offerings, and deliver exceptional guest service within a collaborative team.

You will prepare recipes per standard procedures, stock stations, communicate needs to BOH and managers-on-duty, maintain a clean workstation, accommodate guest requests, and help achieve a 6-minute ticket time.

Qualifications

• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours.
• Excellent guest service skills.

• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Achieves a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.

You must be able to:

• Reaching and grasping overhead
• Lifting and carrying items weighing 50+ lbs
• Able to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day
