Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen, are reliable and detail-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and basic components according to recipes and prep lists.
• Wash, chop, portion, label, and store food items following safety standards.
• Assist line cooks and chefs in preparing for service.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station and kitchen environment.
• Support daily cleaning and closing procedures.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures consistently.
