Job summary

Clyde's Willow Creek Farm in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Morning Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a historic restaurant group. You will prep produce and assist cooks in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven.
• Experience as prep cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to read and prep recipes to measurements.
• Available to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, slice, dice, chop, and otherwise prepare raw vegetables, meat and fish
• Use a commercial food slicer to slice various meats, cheese, and vegetables
• Use a commercial food processor to prep foods
• Operate both convection and conventional ovens and gas ranges
• Lift, weigh, and portion food items using a commercial portion control scale
• Label, date, and store prepped product
• Clean, wipe, and scour prep equipment and machinery, and sweep and mop prep area floors

What We Look For In a Prep Cook
