Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a Prep Cook to assist in daily kitchen production. You will prepare high-quality menu items, maintain cleanliness, and support the Room Chef and Master Cooks to ensure accurate par stocks and quality ingredients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or culinary apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience in quality cuisine is preferred.
• Experience as Kitchen Helper or similar role in the food industry.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Basic food preparation and handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
