General Purpose

Essential Duties (may include, but not limited to)

It all starts with our prep cooks. Responsibilities include preparing meats, salads, vegetables, dressings, sides, etc.; handling and portioning items accurately and safely; labeling, dating, rotating, and storing all items produced. Prep cooks ensure all Sonny's food items meet our high standards for our guests.
