Your Responsibilities as a Prep Cook:

1. Reading and following prep sheets
2. Adhering to Texas Roadhouse recipes
3. Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
4. Properly maintaining and using equipment
5. Following storage and rotation procedures
6. Maintaining safety and sanitation standards
7. Exhibiting teamwork
