Job summary

Thompson Health in Canandaigua, NY is seeking a full-time food service worker to prepare meals for residents, follow standardized recipes, and maintain safety and efficiency in a high-volume kitchen.

You will work day/evening/night shifts including weekends, collaborate with a team, and ensure portions and service align with dietary plans. Prior experience with seniors is preferred, and pay ranges from $19.25 to $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and understand English language.
• Possess simple mathematical calculations; add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Excellent team work skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Familiar with Health Department Regulations.
• Previous experience working with the senior population preferred
• Strong background in food production and line serving
• Pay Range: $19.25 - $22.50
• Starting Pay: Based on Experience
