• Experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train you!
• Valid food-handler certificate preferred; otherwise complete an accredited course within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items following recipes and portion standards.
• Use safe knife techniques and kitchen practices.
• Monitor stock, anticipate prep needs, and replenish items before they run low.
• Plan prep quantities with the team to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Label, date, rotate, and store food correctly.
• Maintain excellent hygiene and a clean, organized workspace.
