The Great Greek - Tomball is seeking a dependable Prep Cook to prepare fresh Greek dishes and learn our recipes in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll join a team that values a positive attitude and offers training and career growth.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining safety and cleanliness, managing prep stock, and supporting the team to ensure smooth service with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Good knife skills preferred.
• Ability to learn recipes quickly, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and accuracy.
• Experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train you!
• Valid food-handler certificate preferred; otherwise, complete a accredited course within 30 days of employment.

• Prepare ingredients and menu items following recipes and portion standards.
• Use safe knife techniques and kitchen practices.
• Monitor stock, anticipate prep needs, and replenish items before they run low.
