The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA, is hiring a Prep Cook to join a passionate culinary team. You will work with a team of chefs to prepare fresh ingredients for menus and ensure quality service.

Wage is $17.13 per hour plus tips, with growth opportunities within the Davidson Hospitality Group and a commitment to guest satisfaction in a historic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• WA State Food Handler's Card required.
• Minimum 2 years cooking experience, preferably high volume.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
