The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA seeks a dedicated Lead Cook to join our kitchen leadership team. You will guide a team of cooks, collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu development, and ensure high-quality dishes with attention to presentation.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in a lead cook role in fast-paced settings, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of food safety. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• WA State Food Handler's Card required.

• Minimum 3–5 years as lead cook or similar in high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate a team.
• Proficient in all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presentation.

Overview

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Cook to join our team! As a Lead Cook, you'll play an integral role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. With a focus on quality, creativity, and innovation, you'll lead a team of talented cooks in preparing and presenting dishes that are both visually stunning and delicious. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items, ensure consistent quality across all dishes, and manage inventory and ordering of ingredients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Wage $20.00 per hour + tips.
