Job summary

Din Tai Fung North America is hiring a prep cook at our Seattle, WA location. You will receive, check quality, wash, cut and prepare produce and food items following our procedures. Location: 600 Pine Street, Seattle, WA 98101 (Pacific Place).

Open availability and the ability to stand long hours are important. Prior experience is welcome but not required; a positive, professional attitude and teamwork help you succeed in our fast-paced kitchen.

Job Purpose

Prep cooks are responsible for receiving, checking the quality of, washing, cutting and preparing the produce and food goods in accordance with Din Tai Fung’s procedures. Prep cooks must familiarize themselves with the standard cutting size of all vegetables and take care and attention to wash vegetables thoroughly.
