Job summary

Clive Collective is hiring for a Back of House Porter in North Scottsdale. This role focuses on kitchen cleanliness, organization, and ensuring a smooth BOH workflow to support cooks and chefs during service.

You will maintain floors, surfaces, storage areas, and assist with deliveries while upholding health and safety standards. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain an Arizona Food Handlers Card.

Qualifications

• Prior BOH or porter/dish experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handlers Card.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, drains, and work surfaces.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost regularly and properly.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas.Keep dish, prep, and storage areas organized and stocked.
• Support BOH team with restocking, breakdown, and deep cleaning tasks.

Job Summary

BOH Porters are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall flow of the kitchen. This role supports all BOH positions by ensuring workspaces, equipment, and storage areas are clean, stocked, and ready for service at all times.

Primary Focus

• Kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
