Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a full-time Prep Cook to join our team. You will prepare recipes and batch items, maintain a clean workstation, and follow safety and sanitation practices in line with Harry's standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
• High level of organization, cleanliness and urgency.
