Job description

The beautiful family-friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a full-time Cook III to join their team! This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, maintain, and monitor quality control for hot food items, including meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings.
2. Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
3. Prepare guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
4. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
5. Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen to ensure plates are clean and appetizing.
6. Practice correct food handling and storage procedures according to regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Proven ability to work well as part of a team.

Shift Pattern: Candidates should be available to work morning and evening shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
