Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a prep cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Omaha. You will prepare foods daily according to prep lists and manager directions, ensuring quality and portions per recipes.

Maintain a clean, sanitized station before and after each shift to uphold food safety standards. Role requires adherence to sanitation policies and readiness to perform additional duties as needed by management.

Responsibilities

• Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.
• Produces food of consistent quality using recipe cards, production and portion standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes station at shift start and end, including light dishwashing as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and the establishment.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.

Job description
