Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants seeks a prep cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli in Memphis, TN. You will prepare foods according to prep lists and manager directions, ensuring consistent quality with recipes and production standards.

You will keep the station clean and sanitized at shift start and end, follow sanitation and safety policies, and assist with light dishwashing. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
