Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants seeks a prep cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location. You will prepare foods according to prep lists and manager directions, ensuring quality by following recipe cards and portion standards. Maintain a clean and sanitized station at shift start and end while upholding safety practices.

Additional duties may be assigned by management to support daily operations and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced deli environment.
