Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Lincoln, NE is seeking a prep cook to support kitchen operations. You will prepare foods according to prep lists and manager directions.

You will maintain consistent quality using recipe cards and production and portion standards, and you will keep your station clean and sanitized at the start and end of each shift.

You will help protect guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies and perform other duties as requested by management.

• Cleans and sanitizes station at beginning and end of shift which may include light dishwashing
