Job description

Must have 1 year of high-volume restaurant experience. You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds. You have an eye for detail and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Prep and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
2. Portion product and follow recipes.
3. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
4. Work clean and perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
5. Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
6. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
