Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI is looking for passionate, dedicated PREP COOKS who are eager to learn join them at LOCANDA VERDE, our neighborhood taverna serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's soul-satisfying urban Italian menu located in Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa hotel, The Greenwich.

Our bustling corner restaurant has been welcoming New Yorkers morning, noon and night with a warm and comfortable atmosphere, leisurely Italian spirit and heartfelt cooking.

This opportunity has tremendous growth potential within our growing hospitality family.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Have excellent knife skills.
  • Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
  • Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
  • Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
  • Support their fellow cooks.
