Barcadia Bar & Grill is looking for a full-time Cook in New Orleans, Louisiana. Responsibilities include preparing food from scratch for various services and following sanitation guidelines. Candidates should have at least 3 years of food preparation experience and preferably be a graduate of a culinary institute. A Food Service Sanitation Certificate is also preferred. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills in a vibrant restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Follow all sanitation guidelines
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes

Requirements

• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
• Have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate (preferred)
